Information For Readers
The journal Slovak Yearbook of European Union Law collects scientific studies and articles, discussion papers, as well as reviews and reports, focused on the issues of European Union law including analysis of the examples of the transposition and implementation of EU law, the enforcement of EU law in the judicial system and case law important from the EU perspective as well as from the national perspectives. The readers can find all full-text version of the articles online on this webpage and they can be downloaded under Creative Commons licences (CC BY-NC - this license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator).
We encourage readers to sign up for the publishing notification service for this journal. Use the Register link at the top of the home page for the journal. This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal. This list also allows the journal to claim a certain level of support or readership. See the journal's Privacy Statement, which assures readers that their name and email address will not be used for other purposes.
The journal has also it print version that is distributed to libraries.
Since Slovak Yearbook of European Union Law is an Open Access Journal, there is no general subsription policy of print version, nevertheless it can be negotiated with editorial team.
